Grow, Baby, Grow! 6 Months and Counting…
October 1, 2010For those of you who are not a big fan of tummy shots, or what might be in those tummies, I completely sympathize. This post is all about the belly and you deserve a fair warning. 
But now that you’ve been forewarned – I’ve fallen in love with this little tummy of mine and am showing ‘er off, all 6½ months of stretch (for a quick reference, here’s the 3 month post announcement):
If the bare belly’s too much info, I hope you’ll forgive me.
Let’s get on the x-ray goggles now and check out the inside of that tummy. Baby S was only 4½ months along in these shots but I’m imagining he/she looks more or less the same + a good pound and a half.
Here are two of my favorite sonogram pictures for a clear look at what lounging in utero looks like for this little one:
Just chillin’ – I’m tempted to offer a good book and cold cocktail to that babe as he/she crosses their legs and kicks back. Oh the life.
Kevin and I are super happy we invested in an ever-expanding black maternity shirt from day 1 to shoot these month by month photos. I can’t wait to show Baby S one day what they looked like while hanging out full time with momma.

I am pregnant with my 3rd pregnancy, 4th child. (I had twins) and this was not planned! ha But I LOVE belly posts, and i’m always scared to post about the pregnancy because I feel like people get annoyed but everyone I know loves them too, so it’s your life and your blog and it’s awesome! I follow your blog all the time, by the way

Thanks, Kate! It’s from A Pea in the Pod – I think it’s their standard black long sleeve ruched shirt (which I found on sale a few months ago).
