A Golden New Year’s Celebration

December 28, 2009 by Morgan

Numbered champagne glasses (by Martha Stewart) have to be one of my favorite New Year’s party ideas… everyone is given a numbered glass upon arrival, and then as midnight fast approaches each party goer holds up their champagne to shout out their countdown number and cheers the New Year!

Apply window decals (for the easiest removal) to your own champagne glasses or add scrapbooking stickers to the plastic version.

Country Living shares cocktails and easy appetizers dressed in shades of gold. I love the look of the white buffet, weathered mirror & antique punchbowl too…

The lolli ladies describe their delectable display: “Jawbreakers, cupcakes and pile of sugar-dusted donuts topped with butterflies made for delectable drama, while meringues, nonpareils and mini-marshmallows were delicate and dainty. Vintage lace served as the textural base, while individual tags with ribbon tied everything together. The all white, candy-couture was nestled under a birch branch canopy for utterly sweet shelter!”

Oh yum!

Jazz up your champagne this year by adding a beautiful garnish such as a curled lemon rind, cranberries, starfruit… the sky’s the limit!

Hope you have a wonderful New Year’s full of close friends, many laughs and much hooray!

Specialists say that loans aid a lot of people to live the way they want, just because they can feel free to buy necessary stuff. Furthermore, a lot of banks give short term loan for young and old people.

Love it! Thanks for the push to move beyond Christmas and start blinging out for the new year! Plus I think even years are luckier than odd years. Crazy?
